1- The customer has the right to exchange and return within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.



2- The customer will bear the shipping charges for the products.



3- In the event of a mistake in the required product, we bear all costs.



4- The amount is deposited to the customer within 10 days of receiving the return request

Conditions for returning the product


We offer a return policy that enables you to return the product within 10 days of receipt. Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully process a return request:
The product can be returned within 10 days only from the date of receipt
The product must be in its original packaging with attachments
It must not have been used and be closed tightly
